2、 Common methods for construction of rubber insulation pipes

1. The interface of the temperature material requires all gaps to be tightly sealed with specialized rubber adhesive, without any weak or loose bonding.

When applying glue, it is necessary to handle objects, debris, and engine oil inside the insulation material and when connecting insulation materials outside the pipeline to ensure the normal bonding of the glue. To ensure insulation capacity, the longitudinal joint of the insulation layer should be placed on the upper part of the pipeline, and the middle joint of the surrounding insulation layer should avoid the basic position.

3. During normal installation in summer, the rubber insulation pipe should not be made too loose to ensure that the insulation layer reduces the amount of glue coming out when the temperature is low in winter.

When installing in winter, the overall temperature inside the house should not decrease by 5 ℃. When bonding small fish at 5 ℃, it should be done at 5 ℃.

5. The maximum thickness of the insulation layer for the chilled water pipe is 60mm, and it needs to be insulated in two layers.
