Zhan Zucheng Head of Administration Department
The 2020 Sales Department Annual Meeting was chaired by Zhan Zucheng, the head of the administrative department of Bellsup Technology Co., Ltd. in Huizhou. Mr. Li Kaijian, the chairman of the company, Mr. Yang Zetian, the general manager, and Mr. Liu Shuangyuan, the deputy general manager, attended the meeting. Sales managers from various regions and department heads from the headquarters gathered together to summarize and reflect on the work in 2020, and to plan and deploy the key work priorities for 2021.
The heads of the sales department (each region, major project department, foreign trade department), planning department, finance department, and production department will make a summary for 2020 and set goals and plans for 2021.
Liu Shuangyuan Vice General Manager
Liu Shuangyuan, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors, summarized and reported on the work and development of the Marketing Department in 2020, and made work task assignments for 2021. Mr. Liu reported on four important tasks and brand promotion in 2020, analyzed the details of sales completion, and issued sales allocation tasks for 2021. He also announced the sales commission benchmark price regulations and sales management policies under the new situation. Mr. Liu pointed out that in order to achieve the annual sales target, it is necessary to make up for the shortcomings in marketing. We must unwaveringly grasp the markets in various regions, expand sales work, strictly manage sales and customer credit systems, establish a contract system, and solve accounts receivable. Further efforts are needed to increase brand promotion and departmental expansion. At the same time, all sales personnel are required to continue to work hard, have a firm will, and achieve various goals in the upcoming work.

Chairman Li Kaijian emphasized that sales personnel should set their own goals, make targeted work plans, refine team data, and improve completion rates. Payment before delivery reflects the value of foreign trade, and now the Foreign Trade Department has been reorganized as the International Business Department. Huizhou factory establishes a resident business department. Salespeople should not only focus on shipment volume, but also pay attention to receiving payments. While increasing sales, they should also control accounts receivable and pay attention to production quality control. The development of the company requires everyone to have a consistent pace and to be fully committed with enthusiasm, following the rhythm and pace of the company, and doing each person's job well. All employees should be tolerant, understand, and cooperate with each other, share their work experience and achievements together, continuously deepen understanding and cooperation in their work, and form a joint force. At the end of the meeting, General Manager Yang Zetian made a concluding speech, affirming the achievements of the company's sales team in 2020 and giving full recognition to the positive and proactive spirit of all employees. At the same time, Mr. Yang made a detailed deployment of the company's strategic layout and sales policy for 2021. He stated that in 2020, despite being greatly affected by the epidemic and other unfavorable external factors, the total sales volume increased to a certain extent compared to last year, which was not easy. However, compared to focusing on data, we need to delve deeper into projects. Each region should strengthen cooperation with core distributors, cooperate with supporting markets to become stronger and bigger, and improve target positioning. Salespeople should pay attention to keeping up with the company's deployment, timely keeping up with online promotion, online traffic flow, offline tracking, and team growth together; Grasp the big picture, carry out big projects, consolidate the platform and production base, and attract more partners with common goals to join Bellsup. Mr. Yang put forward four requirements for marketing work: first, to have confidence in the industry, second, to have confidence in the company, third, to have confidence in the product, and fourth, to have confidence in oneself.
