The material has a low thermal conductivity and can provide excellent cold insulation and thermal insulation effects; Maintaining flexibility at low temperatures can prevent cracking caused by vibration or impact, providing long-term insulation for pipelines, storage tanks, and equipment; Its excellent ability to isolate water vapor can significantly reduce the risk of pipeline corrosion under the insulation layer and lower maintenance costs. ★ No need for additional moisture-proof layer


The Ubibelin flexible cryogenic insulation system does not require the installation of a moisture-proof layer. Thanks to the internal closed cell foam structure and polymer formula, rubber and plastic materials have high resistance to water vapor penetration, enabling the product to continuously resist water vapor penetration throughout the entire thickness direction. At the same time, this feature significantly extends the service life of the entire cold insulation system and significantly reduces the risk of pipeline corrosion under the insulation layer.

★ No need to set expansion joints


Compared with traditional hard foam materials, elasticity is one of the obvious advantages of cryogenic rubber and plastic. At extremely low temperatures, flexible insulation materials can expand or contract longitudinally, effectively solving the problem of stress accumulation caused by low-temperature shrinkage of metal pipelines, so there is no need to set up expansion joints separately. During installation, only a certain length needs to be reserved, and the installation can be carried out by pre pressing.
