How to carry out the construction of thermal insulation materials? The construction points of thermal insulation materials are as follows:
1、 Grassroots cleaning
The quality of painting plays a decisive role in the laying of insulation boards, and the requirement for flatness is that it should not exceed 4mm every 2m (checked with a ruler if it exceeds 2m).
Testing of painted base layer: Before laying the insulation board (usually 7 days after painting, adjustable according to weather conditions), samples should be taken from the painted base layer (with a bonding strength of not less than 0.45MPa and a moisture content of not more than 10%), and only after passing the inspection can the next construction process be carried out.
2、 Mixing of bonding mortar
The materials used in the insulation system are finished products, so the requirements for the special adhesive (plastering mortar) are as follows (due to the high mixing requirements of the special adhesive, a dedicated person must be responsible for mixing): 1. The bonding plastering mortar is composed of dry powder and water. After the dry powder enters the site, mix it evenly in a weight ratio of 4:1 (dry powder: water). After standing for 5 minutes, stir for another 0.5 minutes before use.
When the temperature is below 30, the mixture must be used up within 30-40 minutes, and when the temperature is above 30 (including 30), the mixture must be used up within 15-20 minutes.
3、 Laying and pasting
After the painting construction is completed, the laying of thermal insulation materials begins.
1.Before laying thermal insulation materials, the following preparations should be made.
Hanging line: On the starting surface of a paving layer, a horizontal line pops up around the wall. Install aluminum brackets at the bottom. Please use a spirit level during installation.
2. Considering that the insulation board does not have sufficient bearing capacity before the adhesive dries, the laying sequence of insulation materials should be constructed from bottom to top, and foot construction must also be used during laying to ensure flatness requirements.
3. Board arrangement: It is required to arrange the boards horizontally from the bottom of the wall, and paste them one by one. Each row should be pasted in order, with staggered seams between rows and at the corners. The joints between each row of boards should be staggered by 1/2 of the board length, and the Z-length of the insulation material should be greater than 200mm (including 200mm). The gap between all insulation boards shall not exceed 1.5 millimeters
4、 Adhesive of thermal insulation materials:
(1) Control the amount of adhesive used, use a square tooth plastering knife to scrape at an angle of about 45 degrees, and pull out a plaster strip with a width of about 5cm.
(2) The application area of adhesive should be greater than 40% of the entire board area.
(3) The pasting position should be as close to the front as possible. If there is any deviation, it can slide into place. Paste gently. Use tools to press against the wall (strictly prohibit tapping with hands), measure with a ruler of more than 2 meters to ensure flatness. The pasting of thermal insulation materials should be as tight as possible, and the joints should be as small as possible.
5、 Construction of reinforcement layer
1. Check whether the insulation material is dry and clean before construction.
2. The entire wall will be coated with adhesive plaster.
3. Before the adhesive mortar solidifies, place the alkali resistant mesh into the adhesive mortar.
4. The bonding plaster mortar should fully wrap the mesh cloth, but the mesh cloth should be as close as possible to about two-thirds of the surface of the reinforcement layer. Control the construction quality, the color of the mesh fabric cannot be seen, but the standard of the mesh fabric can be seen (meaning that the less adhesive on the outer layer of the mesh fabric, the better. After pressing in the mesh fabric or the adhesive on the outer layer, a 2m scraper can be used to smooth the outer surface). This process emphasizes mutual cooperation and seamless integration.
5. Alkali resistant glass fiber mesh cloth should ensure a 10cm overlap width at the joints, regardless of top, bottom, left, or right.
6. The thickness of the bonding plaster mortar in the reinforcement layer is about 3. In order to prevent cracking of the reinforcement layer, the reinforcement layer and the decorative layer cannot be too thick to cover the unevenness of the insulation board.
7. After drying for 1 day at room temperature, the decorative layer can be applied. The drying time in low temperature and high humidity environments can be extended to 2 days.
8. In case of high temperature weather, after the final setting of the bonding mortar, water can be sprayed on its surface for moist curing to prevent capillary cracks from occurring due to excessive water loss.
9. Glue must be applied before embedding the net. It is strictly prohibited to apply glue while laying mesh.
10. When encountering doors and windows, add a 3020cm long standard mesh cloth along the 45 degree direction at the four corners of the opening to prevent cracking. This step should be completed before large-scale paving. Doors, windows, and interfaces need to be waterproofed with acrylic sealant.
11.After the adhesive is fully approved, the wall needs to be leveled. If there are any unevenness after completion, polish them evenly every 6-8 hours to become a qualified coating base.
12. A layer of steel mesh fabric needs to be laid on the bottom floor of the building to protect the walls.
