Thermal insulation materials mainly include urea formaldehyde resin foam plastics, slurry insulation raw materials, foam cement boards, etc. A brief introduction is as follows:

1. Urea formaldehyde resin foam plastic

Urea formaldehyde resin foam plastic is made by foaming thermosetting plastic urea formaldehyde resin, which has the characteristics of smoke control, non toxicity, non flammability, and fire safety. Due to its low heat transfer coefficient, it has excellent fire resistance and is an ideal raw material for insulation, environmental protection, and energy conservation. Even when dissolved at high temperatures, the emitted vapor is non-toxic and odorless, making it less likely to affect one's health.

2. Raw materials for slurry insulation

It is mainly used for insulation inside walls and walls. There are two types of insulation: dry solid type and dry rough type. Dry solid type mainly uses admixtures, while dry rough type mainly uses water loss. Mainly including phenolic insulation board, sepiolite, aluminosilicate and other substances, the appearance design can be divided into powder and mud.

3. Foam cement board

The board made of concrete as the basic raw material has a flame retardant grade of A, strong fire resistance, and excellent fire resistance performance. It does not release harmful gases at high temperatures and belongs to the category of new environmentally friendly materials.

4. Porous structured thermal insulation material

(1)  Aluminum silicate insulation cotton is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from 1000 to 1100 ℃. Paving in partitions such as walls, floor slabs, and flat roofs as insulation and soundproofing materials. But it has a high water absorption capacity and poor insulation. Pay attention to waterproofing when applying. Used for insulation of components such as walls, concrete floors, and roofs.

(2)  Expanded perlite board is a highly efficient thermal insulation material. The safe operating environment temperature shall be the same as the application environment temperature, and shall not exceed 600 ℃.

(3)  Inorganic insulation cement mortar has good insulation and fire resistance, which can be combined with fire safety, temperature resistance, no wall hollowing or cracking, and high hardness. A new type of inorganic insulation cement mortar raw material used for internal and external insulation of walls.

(4)  Foam laminated glass, with an application environment temperature of 500 ℃, is a high-end insulation material suitable for building walls or freezing warehouses.

5. Organic chemical thermal insulation materials

(1) Polyethylene foam, application ambient temperature is about 70 ℃;

(2) Polyethylene foam, the application ambient temperature is about 70 ℃, and it can automatically extinguish in case of fire;

(3) For polyurethane foam, the application ambient temperature is 120 ℃, and the lower application ambient temperature is -60 ℃.

Under the same thickness, XPS board has a more significant insulation effect than EPS board. Compared with XPS board, EPS board has higher water absorption capacity and better plasticity.

XPS board is a common thermal insulation and waterproof board in the current construction industry, which has been widely used for wall insulation, insulation of concrete roofs and steel structure roofs in floor plans, ultra-low temperature storage, waterproofing and insulation of road surfaces, parking service platforms, airplane runways, highways, and other aspects, as well as controlling road surface inflation.
