The newly established Yubi factory is a second-hand factory rented in Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a small scale, and its full name is "Guangzhou Yubi Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. As the first batch of Uber employees, we closely follow the footsteps of our two founders, Mr. Yang and Mr. Li, constantly growing and improving, and our performance is also rapidly climbing.
Soon, the brand of "Ubi" has gained a high reputation in the insulation materials industry, especially in the Guangdong market, and has gained a great reputation. At this point, the company's development is about to reach a new level: it will establish new sales outlets in the southern region of China, and its sales personnel will be assigned to various areas.
In October 2006, according to the company's unified deployment, I took another colleague to unfamiliar Zhuhai. Carrying the trust of the leadership and the heavy trust of the company, to explore the market in the western Guangdong region. At that time, the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone was relatively closed and the economic environment was not very good, but perhaps it was precisely this that laid the foundation for its later takeoff.
To be a marketer means to run, ask, and learn more. Accurately understanding the characteristics of the market, understanding the needs of customers, and then doing sufficient basic work, the early stage is not in a hurry to achieve results, the foundation is firmly established, and only in the later stage can there be rich gains. Like many other building materials, insulation materials do not require media advertising. The best way to advertise is to create several iconic projects as model projects in a certain area.
After more than a year of preparation, my efforts have finally paid off. I have made significant breakthroughs in sales work in Zhuhai and nearby urban areas: several iconic projects such as Zhuhai Water Supply Building, Zhuhai Shibang Home Furnishing World, Zhuhai International Science and Technology Building, Zhongshan Expo Center, Zhongshan Xilaideng Hotel, etc. have been signed successively, which had a particularly great influence in the local area at that time. With the supply of these projects, the insulation materials of the "Ubi" brand immediately caused waves in the local central air conditioning industry.
From then on, the seed of "Youbi" that I brought from Guangzhou officially took root, sprouted, and grew vigorously on this hot soil in western Guangdong.
In 2012, the alliance between the brands "Ubi" and "Beining" destined for another extraordinary year in Ubi Beining's history. After the marriage alliance, Bellsup's headquarters is located in Huizhou, just like the majestic Luofu Mountain behind the factory.
The dual brand marketing strategy quickly highlighted its market advantages, accurately interpreting the magical effect of "1+1>2" through market validation. In addition, with the establishment and development of Hengqin New Area later on, the development of Zhuhai began to soar rapidly, with a large number of infrastructure projects emerging and even high-rise buildings lining the ground. The insulation material market was greatly expanded, and Bellsup also took advantage of this trend to set sail. Continuously contributing to the energy conservation and environmental protection of various key projects, and making a modest contribution to the modernization construction of cities.
Ten years of sharpening a sword, the frosty blade has never been tested. And the Bellsup people sharpen their swords every five years, and their swordsmanship has already declined. In 2017, Bellsup was officially listed on the New Third Board, becoming a successful company in the domestic insulation materials industry.
From then on, Bellsup officially entered the public eye both inside and outside the industry, marking that Ubibelin is no longer just a company that produces and sells insulation materials, but a technology-based enterprise with broader prospects and social responsibility. At this moment, it is the greatest pride of every Bellsup person.
After one year on the market, Bellsup quickly expanded its nationwide presence on a larger scale. At the end of 2018, investment began to build a second production base in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, the hometown of Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of reform and opening up. With the overall development of the company, I have once again embarked on a new journey, traveling far away to Chongqing in the western part of China. Set up the Huaxi Business Unit here, responsible for exploring new markets in the southwest, northwest, and north.
Today, after more than a year of hard work and the unremitting efforts of many colleagues in the western region, the market has gradually opened up and the sales network has taken shape.
On July 10th not long ago, after more than a year of intensive construction, good news came from the new factory in Sichuan: the first production line of the new factory has successfully undergone trial production.
